Step 5:If you are on a wired connection such as a Desktop at home this may help but if you have Wi-Fi at home and use it or carry your laptop on the go, I would leave this one alone. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Click on Manage Wi-Fi settings on the right and then turn off the two switches.

Step 7: WARNING Use at own Risk if comfortable working in Command Prompt!Telemetry, what is it? I don't know but I found this online and don't think I want it as it reports whatever back to MS. Anyway, it can be turned off and if I have problems I will turn it back on and let you know. Here's how it takes a little more work. Open Command Prompt as administrator by clicking right mouse button on Start button or by pressing Win+X shortcut, and enter the following: sc delete DiagTrack sc delete dmwappushservice echo "" > C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Diagnosis\ETLLogs\AutoLogger\AutoLogger-Diagtrack-Listener.etl reg add "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\DataCollection" /v AllowTelemetry /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
Then you will see this Now just exit out of Command Prompt

Step 8: Microsoft Account. For normal computing we know how Dangerous always using the main Administrator account in Windows can be and I really recommend it only when some serious computer repairs is needed, so it's a Good Idea to set up a local account for everyday use. With Windows 10 it will use your MS/Outlook/Hotmail user name and password to log into Windows 10 on your PC. Here is a few ways around it. Create a local account for daily usage. Go to Start > PC Settings > Accounts > Family & Other user's > Choose Family or Others. I chose to use others instead of Family for the 1st account, and the asking for an email can be skipped. If you choose Family an email address will be required to proceed.
