Pin Apps & Programs: to Start or Taskbar:
To Pin to Start Menu or Taskbar, Right Click on that App in the Start Button, Choose to 'Pin to Start' or 'Pin to Taskbar' Using the Classic Shell a (separate download) Start menu button some Apps won't show Pin to Taskbar, so you will have to open the 'Start Menu' (Windows) and click on the App/Program You want and then Right Click on it 'Pin to Taskbar'
