In Edge, this is a 2 step process now. First go to the site you want the Shortcut for then click the 3 dots in the upper right corner that you would click to get to settings and click 'Pin to Start' Now open your Start Menu and at all the icons on the right scroll to the bottom and you will see your New Shortcut, Drag it to your Desktop. Now you have your Internet Shortcuts for Edge.
